I ordered digital files but I haven’t received the download link!
The digital download links are sent automatically by our online order system. Some email filters recognize such messages as spam and filter them directly to the junk folder. Often this is where missing download links are found.
The digital download links don’t seem to be working!
The download links are only active for 2 weeks from the date your order is made. It is important that you download your files before the links expire!
I have multiple children at the centre, can I get one package that combines all their photos?
Each of our packages are preset with our lab. We aren’t able to combine multiple photos into a single package order.
How long will it take to get my printed photos?
All print orders for each school are printed and delivered back to the school for distribution to families within 4-6 weeks from the due date listed on the proof form. The address information collected during the order process is for credit card verification purposes only. We do not ship individual orders submitted before the due date.
Do you offer photo retouching?
Yes! Photo retouching is available upon request. Please email our offices at info@funnyfrogphoto.com with your child’s school, image number and your retouching request. In many cases retouching can be done at no charge however more complicated requests may require an added fee. Our office staff will reply to your email and advise if further payment is necessary before proceeding with your retouching request. Please note that the request for editing or retouching your photos must be received BEFORE you place your order. We aren’t able to make changes to orders after they’ve been processed.
I missed the order deadline. Can you please waive the late order fee?
The late order fee is applied to printed product that requires shipping. The fee covers the cost of shipping your late order to the school and cannot be waived.
Your company photographed my child a number of years ago. Am I able to order copies of those photos?
Yes! We archive all our photos so we likely still have your child’s photos from previous years on files. Please email us at info@funnyfrogphoto.com and we can search our archives for your child’s old pictures. The late order fee would apply to any order made from archived files.
Do you do retakes?
Due to the lower numbers of children in a child care setting as compared to a public school setting we aren’t able to offer retake days.
