Picture Delivery Schedule
Once picture day is complete the proofing and ordering schedule should proceed along the following schedule:
1. Proofs should arrive 5-10 days after picture day by courier.
- Please keep the box and envelope that the proofs come shipped in as they will be required to ship the orders.
- Parents normally have 1 week from the delivery date to make their order. This is only pre-set deadline from our lab. If you need more time to collect orders feel free to set the return date to whatever you think is appropriate and let us know. There is no problem with extending the due date if necessary.
2. Schedule an order pickup.
- Once picture day is complete we will automatically schedule a call to check and see if you're ready for pickup. This will happen on or shortly after the due date listed on your order forms. It is no problem if you're not ready to schedule a pickup on that date, this call is just to see how the orders are coming along. If you need more time just let us know and we'll work out a date to call you back.
- Once the pickup has been set our courier will come the following business day to pickup up the orders. It is important that all the order forms are placed back in the envelope they arrived in and that the envelope is placed back in the original shipping box and the box sealed tightly. No further action is required after that as the courier will handle placing the shipping information on the package.
3. Receive and hand out orders.
- 2-4 Weeks after the orders are picked up final prints will be delivered. Any concerns from parents regarding missing or damaged prints can be directed to us at: info@funnyfrogphoto.com.
- There should be enough group photos or composites for every child and staff member photographed to receive their own class photo plus one extra copy for the school. If there are an insufficient number of groups printed please let us know which class requires more copies and how many you'll need and we'll have them printed and shipped as soon as possible.
4. Rebook.
- We prioritize existing clients over new clients when scheduling open dates. In most cases we will reschedule your next photo day when we schedule your proof pickup. It is best to get your next date set aside as early as possible as we often operate on a waiting list and open dates fill up very fast.
- If you are unsure of your booking date or would like to schedule further in advance please let us know. We will book dates up to 2 years in advance.
- If you need to switch your next photo day please let us know as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate.
Class Composites
Some centres prefer to have composites made as opposed to group photos be it for aesthetic or scheduling reasons. In order to proceed with composites we do require some extra work from the centre. Below are the steps required to proceed with composites:
- Download a copy of our composite spreadsheet (available in the "Forms" section or by clicking here) or create a new spreadsheet with the following headings: File Number, Classroom
- We will send you a link to a web gallery of all the students and staff photographed on picture day.
- Fill in the file number of each child or staff member in the "File Number" column and write the name of the class composite they are to belong to in the "Classroom" column.
- Any child or staff member that is to appear in multiple composites will need to be entered for each composite they are to appear on as a separate entry.
- Email the finished spreadsheet to j@funnyfrogphoto.com
- Once the composite layout is complete we will send you proofs to ensure that everything is correct. Once we've got your approval we'll send the composites off to print. They should arrive with your final orders.
